Wednesday, July 3rd
Surfing with Abouna Fr. Nathan Thompson
Join fellow surfers as they leave from the hotel at 5:30 am to enjoy a morning of surfing, fellowship, and a light breakfast at the beach. Fr. Nathan, a fellow surfer, will lead fellowship after surfing! Clergy will be returned to the hotel by 9:00 am.
Clergy/Clergy Wives Luncheon
The Clergy/Clergy Wives Luncheon is held on at 1:00 pm. It is a time for Metropolitan JOSEPH, together with the Clergy and their wives, to enjoy fellowship and a delicious buffet luncheon between scheduled meetings. Hosts from St. Anthony Parish will be there to meet, greet and assist our guests during this luncheon.
Thursday, July 4th
The Order of St. Ignatius of Antioch Reception
The Order of St. Ignatius of Antioch is a philanthropic organization of the Archdiocese, which support Archdiocese Departments and Orthodox Ministries through financial support. Some of the current projects are: Department of Youth, Department of Christian Education, Department of Camping, Department of Mission and Evangelism, Parish Camp Scholarships, Project Mexico, IOCC, Sacred Music Institute, Treehouse and retired Clergy Housing Allowance to name a few.
The Order will have a reception at 6:15 pm, prior to the 4th of July Hospitality Night Its theme will be Celebrate Your Faith on the 4th with hors d’oeuvres, champagne, a no-host (Cash) bar and musical selections performed by Nazo Zakkak (Choir Director of St. Anthony Church). The Reception will be attended by Metropolitan JOSEPH and North American Chair of The Order, Roger David, who will speak on the on the good works of the Order.
4th of July Hospitality Night
Immediately following The Order of St. Ignatius Reception we will be serving an All American BBQ with all the fixings and a fabulous D.J. We will then retreat outside to see the four barge firework display which is always fantastic! We will then be treated to the outstanding sounds of the Five O’clock Shadow band for the rest of the evening! Come join us for fellowship and fun!
Friday, July 5th
Antiochian Women’s Brunch and Meeting
The Antiochian Women’s Brunch and Meeting is held at 10:45 am. This event brings together the women of our Diocese, renewing friendships and creating new ones. The ladies will be greeted by St. Anthony Ladies Society Hostesses and will be invited to enjoy a buffet brunch along with delicious vegan Arabic pastries. Our Ladies will be making sure our guests enjoy themselves throughout this event. Brunch transitions to the Antiochian Women’s meeting chaired by Diocese President, Charmaine Darmour. Each parish has an opportunity to share accomplishments, ideas, and projects. This is a great time to strengthen our bonds, so, together, we can continue our ministries in our parishes, communities and Antiochian Archdiocese.
Sorbet Social & Teen Dance
It’s that time of year again when we all get together for more fun after the Bible Bowl and celebrate all the winners! Join us Friday night immediately following to enjoy sorbet, all the toppings, plus delicious Arabic pastries! Dance to the DJ and have fun with your friends and family!

Brunch with Metropolitan JOSEPH and Awards Presentation
The Awards Brunch is a tradition of celebrating the works of our children in this years theme: “I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me” Philippians 2:14.
Middle Eastern & American Dinner & Dance: A Hafli
Join us Saturday night at 7:00 pm for the Middle Eastern & American Dinner and Dance: A Hafli! Come enjoy a MIddle Eastern dinner and dessert, and dance to live music. Take a photo of you and your friends in the photo booth to remember the night! We look forward to hosting you, to seeing old friends and making new ones!
For those who will not be attending the Middle Eastern Dinner & Dance, there is a Dance only ticket avaialble after the meal have concluded.
