Form Templates
The DCCP and Antiochian Events have developed standardized Form Templates. To make updates, you will need the associated software application for the specific template (i.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Microsoft Word (all available in Office 365 suite together). It is recommended to have someone familiar with these applications update the Templates and utilize the Form Template Instruction Sheet to assist you. If you have any further questions, contact the Antiochian Events Team.

The following templates should be completed by the Parish Life Conference or Archdiocese Convention Host Parish Committee in order for the Antiochian Events Team to build the DCCP website and online registration systems (AE System). These forms will eventually be uploaded to the AE System Requirements Content Upload Form.

Mobile App
To enhance the onsite experience, Antiochian Events has deployed a mobile app that can be used by all PLCs and Conventions. Using your mobile device, select the appropriate download link. It’s a one-time download. (iOS | Android)
